You can refill them by yourself at home. Each cartridge can be refilled several times. I use the Crab Chemical products and I am satisfied with it.

Printer Cleaning - You have one or more clogged nozzle on your printer head?
Don't panic, several solutions depending on which type of printer you have
1/ printers where the head is part of the cartridge :
If all the nozzles are clogged, only one solution, the dustbin.
If you have less than 10 % which do not function, try to put it under running cold tap water , dry it well, then to put it back in the printer and perfom several cycles of cleaning.
2/ printers where the head is part of the printer :
First make cycles of cleaning printer. On an old Epson it is necessary to make 9 cycles
Then you make a printing test. If it is much better then continue. If it's worst it's probably that your cartridge lacks ink.
If cleaning is not enough, I advise you to use a product which enabled me to recover printers head completely without any disassembling: Powerklin of the Crab Chemical company.
